Landon is a current junior at Kingwood and involved with KHS tiny homes for veterans, StuCo, and Kingwood football.
“I’m most grateful for the incredible opportunities I’ve had to make a positive impact on my community, both on and off the field. Through playing football, I’ve learned valuable lessons about teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, and I’m thankful for the camaraderie and support of my teammates. But what truly fills my heart with gratitude, is the experience of building houses for veterans. Seeing the smiles on their faces when they receive a safe and comfortable place to call home is a privilege I cherish deeply. It’s a reminder that my efforts can make a real difference in someone’s life, and that’s an incredible feeling. I’m grateful for the chance to serve others, to learn from their stories, and to be part of something bigger than myself.”
