Hania is a current sophomore at KHS involved in Varsity Theatre, NHS, NSHS, International Thespian Society, and a member of HOSA.
What is some advice you tell others but don’t follow?
“One thing that I always tell others but neglect to apply to my own life is to not be too hard on yourself. Although reaching for the stars can lead to great achievements, sometimes you really just need to step back and breathe (although that is definitely easier said than done!). Burnout is real, and I’ve watched both myself and those closest to me experience it. Taking breaks and showing yourself some grace is always going to benefit you in the long run, and even if things don’t go as planned, I promise that everything will work out to your benefit!”
