What is something that you are intensely passionate about?
“I’m intensely passionate about a lot of things, soccer and cheer being examples. But, I think the things that make me do the sports that I love, like cheer and soccer are because of the friendships that I have made from them. The people that I have met, that I will have lifelong bonds with, are truly unforgettable. The feeling of sharing a love or passion for the same sport as your teammates is something indescribable. I am also extremely passionate about my sports and the friendships made in them is because, you never know when that all will be taken away from you. I learned that the hard way, when I took everything for granted and was left with what I thought was nothing my freshman year. I was out for a full year with an ACL and meniscus surgery that left me devastated. I craved to get back to my sports and the friendships those sports fostered, which led me to be more passionate and grateful for the things that make me happy.”
