What is an important lesson that you have learned recently?
“I’ve always been a really busy person and always feel like I have to be doing something. One day I was like ‘Oh I’m so jealous of the people that just get to sit around and do nothing’. But then recently, I got injured in cross country so I wasn’t allowed to run, and that takes up a good portion of my life- it was like wake up in the morning at 4:30 am, go out to run, and then go with the rest of my day and run again. But once I got injured, I haven’t been able to run in a good bit of time and it’s just been so incredibly boring, not being able to do something, and so now when I just sit there, it pains me.”
