Monica is a senior at Kingwood High School who focuses her time in Varsity Theatre, and she is an officer for National Art Honor Society, Art Club, and Kingwood Talks where she runs their social media. 

What is something you are intensely passionate about?

Skateboarding. It genuinely makes me so happy, which is weird because I’m really bad at it. I’ve only been skateboarding for a little under a year but I decided a few days ago that I’d try to skateboard every day. That decision was already one of the best I’ve ever made. I’m hoping I get pretty good in the future, but even if I don’t it’s still so fun to do. Nothing makes me more excited for the school day to end than skateboarding : )
