Laine Raley is currently a junior at Kingwood and loves engaging in any activity that involves being creative. She has been working with Best Buddies and Mustang Pals for four years, she has been cheering for four years, and is currently a varsity cheerleader. In her free time, she hangs out with her friends, drinks too much coffee, babysits, and volunteers at Martha’s Soup Kitchen. 

What is the most beautiful thing in the world to you?

“The most beautiful thing in the world to me would be love. Love is everlasting, and most things on the earth are not. Love isn’t just some word created for hallmark movies, love is anything you want it to be; that’s something pretty amazing. Whether it be in friendships, relationships, or family, love always prevails. I love my friends, and I love my family. I feel so lucky to have found these people and to be able to exist in the same time period as them. I know this sounds cheesy, but it’s true. Love is a rare find and hard to keep. Spread love to everyone you meet and everywhere you go, because the world could always use more beauty.” – Laine Raley
